Slow and unresponsive
Bell & Drake Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Solid broker
Bell & Drake Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Smooth transition

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Bell & Drake Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
