Average experience
My experience with Bell & Chapman Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Bell & Chapman Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Room for improvement
Bell & Chapman Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Fair pricing
