Five stars all around
Switched to Beacon Insurance Solutions on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Does the job

Solid broker
Beacon Insurance Solutions is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Beacon Insurance Solutions last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Beacon Insurance Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
