Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Bay Insurance Solutions. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Great for bundling

Couldn't be happier

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Bay Insurance Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Disappointing experience
