Solid broker
Bay Insurance Agency is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Bay Insurance Agency was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Bay Insurance Agency handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Does the job
