Five stars all around

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Bay Financial & Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Pretty good
Bay Financial & Insurance helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Solid broker
Bay Financial & Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Slow and unresponsive
Bay Financial & Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
