Bay City Insurance

Their hours of operation posted on their front door says they open at 9:00am. I tried to go in at 9:09am and their door was locked and saw no one inside. I have a very busy schedule today. This was the first on my list of things to do after dropping my son off at school.

The young lady failed to give me pertinent insurance advice that could've saved me money, she failed to cancel my insurance after a vehicle ownership transfer which costed me money and failed to do anything extra which would ever motivate me to revisit this broker. Dont waste your time here unless you have money to burn. These ladies are the H&R block of insurance, you’re better off getting the job done on your own at home because these “professionals”will only cost you money not help you save it.

Waste experience ever I renew my insurance dnt help me with that so sad please don’t go to this auto plan they dnt know how to deal with customer poor

The turban guy is so rude. 0 customer service.

They are always the 1st car insurance company sending me the renewal notice. The company is open 7 days a week.
