Pretty good
Baxter Insurance Services helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Baxter Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Five stars all around

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Baxter Insurance Services. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
