Reliable broker
Been with Baxter Insurance Services for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Baxter Insurance Services. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Baxter Insurance Services. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Okay but not great
Used Baxter Insurance Services for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Great for home insurance
