Does the job
Baxter Insurance Group helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Brampton. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Baxter Insurance Group. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Solid broker
Baxter Insurance Group is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Slow and unresponsive
Baxter Insurance Group was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
