Room for improvement
Baxter & Holmes Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Baxter & Holmes Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.
