Average experience
My experience with Barrett & Kerr Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Insurance made simple

Could be better
The rates Barrett & Kerr Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Barrett & Kerr Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful staff
The staff at Barrett & Kerr Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Good overall experience
