Helpful but slow
The broker at Barrett & Jensen Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Barrett & Jensen Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
