Reliable broker
Been with Barrett & Associates Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Okay but not great
Used Barrett & Associates Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Barrett & Associates Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Barrett & Associates Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
