Pretty good
Baldwin Insurance Services helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Baldwin Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Could be better
The rates Baldwin Insurance Services found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Baldwin Insurance Services was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
