Reliable broker
Been with Baldwin Insurance Brokers for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Baldwin Insurance Brokers. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Slow and unresponsive
Baldwin Insurance Brokers was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
