Lost my documents
Baldwin & Edwards Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Helpful staff
The staff at Baldwin & Edwards Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Room for improvement
Baldwin & Edwards Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
