Okay but not great
Used Baldwin & Bolton Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Helpful staff

Could be better
The rates Baldwin & Bolton Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Baldwin & Bolton Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
