Smooth transition

Slow and unresponsive
Baldwin & Black Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Great for bundling

Helpful but slow
The broker at Baldwin & Black Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
