Average experience
My experience with Baldwin & Associates Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Baldwin & Associates Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Okay but not great
Used Baldwin & Associates Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Could be better
The rates Baldwin & Associates Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
