Slow and unresponsive
Baker & Associates Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Great for home insurance

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Baker & Associates Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
