Renewal was painless
Just went through my annual renewal with Baker & Associates Insurance. They proactively reviewed my home insurance and found me a better rate without me even asking.

Good value

Room for improvement
Baker & Associates Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Slow and unresponsive
Baker & Associates Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Baker & Associates Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Baker & Associates Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
