Helpful staff
The staff at Bélanger Groupe d'Assurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Bélanger Groupe d'Assurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Bélanger Groupe d'Assurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
