Could be better
The rates Avid Insurance Group found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Smooth transition

Five stars all around

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Avid Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
