Lost my documents
Avante Insurance Partners lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Room for improvement
Avante Insurance Partners handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Does the job

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Avante Insurance Partners. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
