I was Getting upset with Austin Noble Ins. So I called the manager about this and got a credit on my Insurance.Thank-you, Austin&Noble may stay for another 9 years or so!

Our family has dealt with Austen & Noble for over 25 years! John Austen has always been a wonderful individual to deal with.

Worst broker ever. I asked for car insurance for my wife and I. He only put me on the insurance. When I asked for my wife to be added he said he would send me some quotes. I didn’t get any. When I needed tenants insurance he said he would send me quotes for that along with quotes for my wife to be added. (This is 2 months after I started.) I gave a month notice before moving. Never got a single quote. Then found insurance on my own for way less with everything I needed. Mike Austen is the worst broker I’ve ever had. Had to cancel and pay a penalty that I was unaware of, but glad I don’t have to deal with that useless guy anymore. Lots of great brokers out there. I should have looked into it more before calling him. Don’t waste your time or money with him.

Spoke with Mike and he was nothing but rude and condescending. Told me he would send over an insurance quote, never did. Speaking with him on the phone he told me that my insurance would be minimum 4K a year spoke to another broker immediately after and secured insurance for just over 2k a year. He seemed completely uninterested in wanting to help and attain a new client. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
