Does the job
Atlas Insurance Brokers helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Waterloo. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Atlas Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Couldn't be happier

Slow and unresponsive
Atlas Insurance Brokers was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
