Helpful but slow
The broker at Atlas Insurance Advisors was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Atlas Insurance Advisors was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Slow and unresponsive
Atlas Insurance Advisors was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
