I went to Astro looking for some tenant insurance and to renew my vehicle registration, I was greeted with welcoming smiles and knowledgeable staff. The girls in the registry renewed my vehicle registration for me quickly and efficiently, and I was able to obtain tenant insurance with ease thanks to Japinder's help! I would definitely recommend using Astro for your insurance and registry needs!

We were initially impressed with the level of service. However, over time, it has steadily worsened. They consistently overpromise and underdeliver. Be prepared to micromanage everything, as they rarely follow up when they say they will. We were reassigned to a new agent due to poor service from the previous one. Unfortunately, the same pattern emerged, good at first, then unreliable. We experienced repeated broken promises for callbacks, a lack of clear information regarding why our rates increased, and even assurances that the prices were correct, only to find out it was an agent's error. These mistakes have cost us significantly. To make matters worse, they're partnered with multiple insurance providers that were fined for failing to apply available credits that could saved Canadians money. Do not have any confidence in the pricing they are offering. Overall, the experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and costly.

Reception was very talkative. I was looking for auto insurance and registration. He told me it was a 2 week wait. Totally discouraged me and told me to go online. I guess they don't need our business anymore. What a crazy stupid world ! So I went home and called an online broker. Don't wonder anymore why small businesses are collapsing. Don't seem to want the bother.

I’ve been working with Kim at Astro Insurance for years—both when we owned an RV dealership in town and for all my personal vehicles. I can definitely be a handful at times, but Kim always goes above and beyond. She jumps through hoops, handles last-minute requests, and still makes sure I’m fully taken care of. Service like this is a dying breed. Kim is the only reason I continue to do business with Astro. As long as she’s there, they’ll always have my business. Highly recommend!
