Bad service, several errors in my file, which led me to receive a ticket, the broker was not very courteous.

Questionable negotiation process. I called hoping for an adjustment to a premium increase of approximately 20%. To lessen the perceived impact of the increase, I was told that I paid more in 2019 than I actually did. The agent's answers were vague. I had to ask the same questions twice and insist to get the real information. I can afford the increase, but I consider my money hard-earned and believe I should use it wisely. I try to avoid taking the time each year to shop around for insurance and I hope to find a broker I can trust. AssurExpert has just broken that trust. It's a bad experience. It's a shame because it's the first time.

Terrible service, absolutely do not recommend. They told me my insurance would decrease after 3 years, but it didn't. Two young men handled my case, both very incompetent. Then they laughed in my face when I said I'd wanted to cancel the policy with them since the beginning of my renewal. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
