I called the receptionist to change my representative because she is no longer working there. The receptionist REDIRECTED me to the representative that doesn’t work there so basically no one answers my call. It happened 3 times no matter what I say she will robotically ask me for my policy number and do the exact same thing! No one told me what happened while I called them million times till I had to file a complain after 3 weeks. Yet my representative team leader told me they were on a vocation please avoid calling them while not informing me in advance. I am sure if it wasn’t the complaint they would’ve ignored my calls all together. It must be a serious satiation for everyone worked there to leave their office. I got no choice but to switch them and my insurance all together. 1 star is generous!
