The service is fantastic! They did their research for me. They found me the best car and home insurance coverage at an excellent price! Kudos to the entire team, but especially to Tina.

I called 4 times in less than 2 weeks to get an insurance quote and no one returned a call. I'll be polite and say that the service is just CRAP. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

My car insurance up for auto renewal with significant rate increase despite no claims. Contacted my insurance representative Sylvie at Assurance Paquin weeks prior to find alternatives. Call backs took many days sometimes a week despite leaving many messages with reception. Deadline draws closer, same non responsive neglect. Very little to no effort was applied to find a better rate. Call back from Sylvie the day before auto renewal to inform me no change (3:45pm). I express to her my clear dissatisfaction regarding her services. The response: I am sorry, it's not ok, I understand. Had I known sooner via proper due service I would have had time to shop elsewhere. i am now stuck with my excessive rate for a year. Next contract renewal I will be dropping the services of Assurance Paquin with hot haste!
