What a great bunch of people working here! Always friendly and instantly helpful as soon as you walk in... Multiple insurance providers that they will offer to get you the best coverage... Most inviting insurance place I've been to...

Worst experience of my life!!!! Do not recommend at all! They have no idea what they are doing there. They may say they have all been working there for years but don’t even know really what they are doing. Messed up my fathers insurance countless of times and took forever(easily months) to finally fix it. My father canceled due to that fact and got new insurance and they still charged him and now wouldn’t return the money. Talked to the owner and said that it was all of a sudden my fathers fault for a mess up they did and hung up on me. So disappointed with them it’s hard to believe.

Fantastic, as a new driver I feel good when they tall to you like a person rather rhen turning their nose up at your small driving record. Was able to customize my coverage and get the protection for my car I can afford. Walked away with an amazing deal and a good feeling knowing exactly what I'm protected against and what I'm not. The service was really good and they took the time to walk you through everything you didn't understand. Felt safe and secure going with this company and would recommend nee drivers start here.

Do yourselves a huge favour and simply avoid using this deplorable and criminal company…. For nearly two months I’ve been trying to cancel an insurance policy on a vehicle that I no longer own yet it’s not been possible and they’ve chosen to insure, very very shady and embarrassing…. They might come across as sweet old islanders but for 3 years their incompetence and lies have never been far away, failure to collate details, fundamentally tells you everything about the most unprofessional and incompetent insurance company in the world… Oh they’ll blame you forgetting that the insurance industry has standards and we’ll now look forward to exposing that incompetence…. DO NOT USE this absolutely ridiculous company as they are certainly capable of leaving you uninsured or worse when you believe you’d fulfilled your legal requirements….. J LeRoy Gallant demonstrates islanders aren’t trustworthy and their integrity !!!!! Go elsewhere folks as Insurance can be extremely costly when your brokers are incompetent clowns !!!!! In response to the owners reply, again I’ve never encountered such incompetence or failure from an insurance broker, your staff demonstrates a cavalier disregard for legal requirements and data protection legislation…. Simply ridiculous to advocate I should waste any more time on such an unprofessional set up or could I ever endorse such practices…. STAY AWAY from J Leroy Gallant Insurance limited as it’s going to cost you the customer more energy and time than it should be afforded…. 2 months to cancel a policy on a car I’d legally declared as no longer owned is very shady and wrong…. As the owner I’d be embarrassed and ashamed…. But I’m sure you’ll hear plenty of excuses from your employees as they peddle lies and lamentable excuses…..
