I just spoke with one of their brokers. She was extremely helpful. She was very patient in explaining everything to me. Very professional and very nice. If I could give ten stars, I would.

I was assigned a unilingual francophone as my broker (Alexandre) which I didn't appreciate but that aside, the service was not good. When I complained about my policy being over $200 a month, he was all proud that he was able to get it $10 lower. Also discouraged me from shopping around ("companies dont want to insure old houses, they'll do an inspection and make expensive repair requests", etc.). Well, I found an insurance company that doesn't work with brokers and now I'm paying $90 less per month (and this company offers bilingual service)

I dealt with Karla Perez and received exceptional service that was above and beyond. I required last minute help with special events insurance that fell through with a different broker. I was able to secure this insurance seamlessly with her. I cannot thank and recommend enough !!!

Called them and i asked for commercial insurance, i had already another company which gave me a submission and wanted to see if they can give me better, first thing the lady said that since i already have a submission from another company we can not guarantee any lower rates because they are all the same. Well meantime the other company i had the submission offer from only deals with one direct company. When an insurer says that no even need to continue talking to them.
