I was with this insurance broker for several years....I had excellent service from them until there was a change of staff. I changed brokers after an employee raised her voice at me, because she didn't believe I could get my insurance for less than $500.00...than them. In addition, recently we received our insurance renewals only 7 to 10 days before the expiry date....while a minimum of 1 month is required. We tolerated...but there are limits.
