Good broker

Lost my documents

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Assurance Risk Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Slow and unresponsive
Assurance Risk Solutions was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
