I am disappointed with the level of communication and follow-up. Responses to emails take a very long time, and availability appears limited, which makes it difficult to obtain timely answers when they are needed. In addition, changes were made to my insurance policy without prior notice, resulting in an increase in cost, which was not clearly explained in advance. For clients who value prompt communication and consistent service, this firm may not be the best option.
