This broker (Mathieu Gélineau Legault) offers competitive prices and good service during the initial contact for first-time insurance coverage. However, my subsequent experience with Mr. Gélineau (poor customer service, lack of support, unavailability for renewal follow-up, etc.) has led me to understand that his priority is the commission earned on policy sales, not the long-term relationship with his clients. I'm very sorry.
