Solid broker
Armstrong & Reid Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Armstrong & Reid Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

My experience with Armstrong & Reid Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Five stars all around
Switched to Armstrong & Reid Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.
