Amazing customer service
The staff at Armstrong & Partners Insurance are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about tenant insurance and found me a great policy.

Slow and unresponsive
Armstrong & Partners Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Room for improvement
Armstrong & Partners Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Good overall experience

Disappointing experience
