Happy with the savings

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Armstrong & Kim Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Fair pricing
Armstrong & Kim Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Room for improvement
