Good value
I appreciate that Armstrong Insurance Services shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Armstrong Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
