I took my road test here and I had the best experience ever! Darryl was my examiner and I was so nervous at the start but he made me feel comfortable and the whole experience was great. I would definitely recommend! Thank you Darryl!

Exceptional service from start to finish! My wife, kids, and I came in to handle our driver’s license exchange, health cards, and vehicle registration after moving from Quebec. Very bad experience during my road test. I had done driver’s ed training prior, and had been practicing for over a year. My instructor was impressed with my driving, gave me the highest mark at the end of my lessons, and told me they had no doubt I would pass. I went for my test, and had Richard as my examiner. I’ve heard that he fails a lot of people constantly. And it’s absolutely true. I had a friend get a different examiner, and she passed right away. Never took drivers ed, and didn’t do half the stuff I had to do on my test. Richard scams people for their money. He takes you on a ridiculous route just to get the slightest reason to fail you, like places where there’s heavy construction, and roads with unmarked speeds. He was rude, yelled at me, shamed me, and just overall made my road test a very stressful and degrading experience. The test itself is scary, but having a bad examiner makes it awful. I suggest you go to Calgary for the road test, I haven’t had a single friend fail in Calgary, even those who hardly had any driving experience. They didn’t have anything bad to say about the examiners. My confidence in driving was destroyed after my test in Okotoks. Please save yourself the money and stress and just go to Calgary.

In my opinion one of the best registry where i ever been. Staff is really friendly and nice. I also had my driving test there and that was great. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of my examiner but he is a big professional. He didn't put a pressure on me, tried to explain everything really carefully
