Good value
I appreciate that Apex Insurance Brokers shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Apex Insurance Brokers. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Apex Insurance Brokers. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Multi-policy savings
