Could be better
The rates Apex Insurance Agency found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Apex Insurance Agency. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Five stars all around

Helpful but slow
The broker at Apex Insurance Agency was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
