Helpful but slow
The broker at Apex Insurance Advisors was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Room for improvement
Apex Insurance Advisors handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Apex Insurance Advisors. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
