Poor communication
My biggest issue with Apex Brokerage was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Slow and unresponsive
Apex Brokerage was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Apex Brokerage. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
