First my premium was significantly lower with Capital than my previous ins.co. Secondly, Carla is a top notch lady. Her professionalism is extraordinary and she speaks to me like I am genuinely important to her. I'm not just another client. I highly recommend using Capital Insurance in Stony Plain for ALL your insurance needs. They work hard and honest for their clients.

I have had a policy with this company for over a year, I had originally told them about my mobile business and the potential for a in home business as well. They did not add my business on at all. Even after a couple months ago I had gone over my policies multiple times with the manager to ensure my rates were correct and policy was updated and again they did not update my business information despite it being discussed. I had been waiting for them to contact me regarding my renewal and finally reached out and found it was on file already and at this point she mentions the note on my account about my business and starts going over my business details. They are incredibly unorganized, unprofessional and really don’t know the ups and downs. I have been operating under the impression I had coverage over the last year, only to find out it was missed and just noted to my account, and as I am going to be going on maternity leave they now want to increase and add my business as I am in the process of going on mat leave.
