Alycia Hamlyn came to my home to provide me with my yearly update service. She was very knowledgeable and personable and able to answer all of my questions. Luckily I haven't had to use their services yet but I feel secure knowing they are there for me and my family.

they only want your money! Honestly Stephen was not that easy to deal with and I didnt want this to begin with but felt pressured into it. I was told in the beginning i could contact him anytime but took a year and a frustrating email for him to respond. I hate the phone and when I did call customer service they convinced me to keep one package for 4 dollars a month--which i did but they didn't fix the banking details so my account went in the minus---in which Stephen was no help when i did get a hold of him. mistakes happen but it shouldn't be this hard.

Terrible company to deal with if you live in Newfoundland and Labrador. Local staff turnover rate is incredibly high and I never received contact from the same person. Staff treated me like I was born yesterday every time they tried to explain policy changes to me, that's when they even attempted to provide services. Went years never hearing from them. After signing up I spent a period of years assuming my policies good and then one day they contacted me to say that they had never been officially completed. The web portal is like something out of 2003 and it is complete junk. They never tried to keep my business when I informed I was leaving and didn't bother to ask why I was doing so. Then they billed me for an extra month when I did try to quit. DO NOT PURCHASE if you live in Canada, go with a Canadian company who cares about customers.
