She was incredibly kind, patient, and truly went above and beyond to help me when my previous insurance company was making things unnecessarily difficult. I needed a driving record report and was hitting roadblocks, but she stepped in and communicated on my behalf to get things sorted. Her professionalism and empathy made a stressful situation so much easier. I was considering a few different insurance providers with similar quotes, but her approach and dedication were what set her apart. She’s the only reason I chose Allstate, and I’m so glad I did. Highly recommend working with her!

First off, the negative reviews are crazy. I prefer to and only deal with my Advisor Gina Raynard. I cannot speak for others but, Gina has always and I mean always. 110% of the time gone above and beyond for me with different policy’s on different vehicles. (Not just a one time problem solver) She provides the best customer service, best rates and rates are tough with my tickets and suspensions, most importantly she is consistent. If she isn’t available, I suggest waiting until she is. Beyond worth it.
